Creamed Cabbage

  • 1 head Savoy
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 ml Rama Cremefine
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Knife point Baking soda
  1. Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage, cut the leaves into fine strips. Wash the savoy cabbage and drain well. Peel and dice the onion. Heat a piece of butter in a saucepan, sauté the onion until translucent, gradually add the savoy cabbage and stir again and again. Stir in salt and baking soda. Deglaze with Rama Cremefine. Season to taste with pepper. We had meatballs and potatoes with it today.
