- 600 g jacket potatoes
- 125 ml cream
- 125 ml milk
- oil
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the boiled potatoes, slice them, and fry them in oil until golden brown. Add the cream and milk. Simmer until thickened, stirring frequently. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pairs well with meatloaf and poultry.
