Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil, tasteless
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- 500 g savoy cabbage
- 70 g smoked tofu
- nutmeg
Instructions

Halve the savoy cabbage. Remove the stalk, wash, and cut into bite-sized strips. Peel the onion and dice it along with the tofu. Heat the oil in a large pot. Add the tofu and fry briefly. Then add the onions and fry until translucent. Now add the savoy cabbage and deglaze everything with the cream. Season with the spices and simmer gently on low heat with the lid on for about 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently. After seasoning again and then mixing in the chopped parsley, the meal is ready to serve. It tastes almost better a day later.
