Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 300 g quark, low-fat
- 125 g sweet cream
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper, nutmeg
- Lasagna sheet(s) as required (approx. 12 pieces)

Thaw the spinach. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Whisk the quark with the cream, garlic, 60g Parmesan, and eggs until smooth, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a square baking dish. Spread a few spoonfuls of spinach on the bottom of the dish. Cover with lasagna sheets. Spread them with the quark sauce. Continue layering spinach, lasagna, and quark sauce until all ingredients are used. Finish with spinach. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan/convection oven) for 35 minutes.
