Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ avocado(s), ripe
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 tsp honey
- 300 ml buttermilk
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Peel and slice the lime thinly, then blend it with the remaining ingredients in a smoothie blender until smooth. If you like, you can add a piece of fresh ginger. Both versions taste delicious.
