Creamy Dip Selection
The perfect creamy dip selection recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cocktail sauce:
- 80 g Light maijonaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Brandy
- 1 tbsp Orange juice
- Salt and pepper
Ajvardip:
- 45 g Light maijonaise
- 45 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic pepper
Curry dip:
- 45 g Light maijonaise
- 45 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Brandy
- Salt and pepper
Aioli without egg:
- 70 ml Milk
- 50 g Oil
- 1 Mini mini Cooked potatoes 🙂
- 1 Splash Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 droplet Sweetener
- 1 small Clove of garlic
Cocktail sauce, ajvardip and curry dip:
- Simply stir the ingredients of the cocktail sauce, ajvardip and curry dip one after the other and season again if necessary!
Aioli:
- Mix the milk with 25 ml of oil for about 1 minute at the highest level. Run the mixer and slowly add the remaining 25 ml of oil. Now add the other ingredients. SEE ALSO: Aioli without egg – No. 1? People = 3
