Panna Cotta with Cinnamon and Mulled Wine Cherries

Panna cotta with cinnamon

  • 600 g Liquid cream
  • 3 sheet Gelatin
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Cinammon

Mulled wine cherries

  • 1 Glass Morello cherries
  • 150 Milliliters Mulled wine
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 2 tablespoon Strength
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Soak gelatine in cold water
  1. Bring the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon to the boil
  1. Take the temperature down and let it simmer for about 10 minutes
  1. Take the saucepan off the stove and dissolve the well-squeezed gelatine in the cream while stirring constantly
  1. Fill the cream mixture into molds and chill for at least 4 hours
  1. Drain the cherries, bring the juice to a boil in a saucepan and set the cherries aside
  1. Meanwhile, squeeze the orange, mix the juice with mulled wine, vanilla sugar and starch well and stir it into the hot cherry. let the whole thing simmer briefly
