Creamy kohlrabi and potato stew from the electric pressure cooker

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • some wild garlic or chives
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian, for First Austria multicooker or Instant Pot

Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the bell peppers. Add the vegetables and broth to the multicooker, close the lid, and set the pressure hold time for five minutes. After the cooking time is complete, let stand for about five minutes, then release the remaining steam. Open the lid, stir in the cream cheese, crumble the feta cheese, and add it. Finely chop the chives or wild garlic and add them as well. Season to taste and serve.
