Ingredients for 6 servings:
- ½ white cabbage
- 4 red bell peppers
- 4 carrots
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 tsp ground caraway seeds
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 2 tbsp Vegeta spice mix (yellow spice powder from Turkish specialty store)
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 3 liters of water
- 100 g noodles (soup noodles)
- Salt or soup seasoning for seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Bring the water with the stock cubes and spices to a boil. Add all vegetables to the seasoned water and cook for about 20 minutes. Season to taste. Cook the noodles until al dente and add them to the finished soup.
