Colorful vegetable soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ white cabbage
  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 tsp ground caraway seeds
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 2 tbsp Vegeta spice mix (yellow spice powder from Turkish specialty store)
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 3 liters of water
  • 100 g noodles (soup noodles)
  • Salt or soup seasoning for seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Bring the water with the stock cubes and spices to a boil. Add all vegetables to the seasoned water and cook for about 20 minutes. Season to taste. Cook the noodles until al dente and add them to the finished soup.
