Creamy potato and cauliflower pot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 400 g cauliflower
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 5 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into small cubes. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, add the potatoes and cauliflower, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates and dust lightly with paprika.
