Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g turkey schnitzel
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup of cream
- Paprika powder
- pepper
- Soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into strips and finely dice the onion. Brown the meat in a nonstick pan with a little fat, dusting it with paprika powder (this will give it a nice color), then add the diced onion and the prepared mushrooms and sauté. Add the cream, reduce slightly, and season with soy sauce and pepper. Serve with rice or noodles.
