Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 100 g spring onions
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 80 g udon noodles, uncooked
- 50 g cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the spring onions, onion, and bell pepper. Cook the udon noodles. Sauté the vegetables. When the vegetables are sautéed to your liking, add the passata and cream cheese. Add the cooked udon noodles.
