Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna, in water
- 200 g mango(s) or papaya, finely diced
- 175 g celery, finely diced
- 100 g carrot(s), grated
- 25 g spring onion(s), chopped
- 25 g onion(s), red, chopped
- 175 g Miracle Whip yogurt
- ½ tsp curry powder
- leaf lettuce

with curry and tropical fruits
Combine tuna, mango or papaya, celery, 2/3 of the carrots, spring onions, and red onions in a bowl. Combine the Miracle Whip and curry powder in a small bowl, then gently stir into the tuna mixture. Cover and refrigerate (preferably overnight). Serve the salad in a serving bowl lined with lettuce leaves or in individual lettuce leaves for finger food, and scatter the remaining carrots over the salad.
