Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g bread(s) (Paximadi, alternatively sesame rings from the Turkish bakery, let harden)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 6 olives, black
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Break the paximadi into small pieces and drizzle with plenty of olive oil to soften. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into fairly large pieces and add them to the paximadi along with the sliced ​​onion and the torn feta. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and garnish with the olives.
