Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • oregano
  • 1 jar olives, black, approx. 100 g
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices or chunks without peeling. Wash the bell pepper, deseed it, and cut it into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Dice the feta cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Drain the olives and place them in a bowl with the cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a sauce and pour it over the salad. Stir.
