  • Tomato paste
  • 2 piece Onions
  • Garlic cloves chopped
  • Sheep milk cheese
  • 500 g Fresh spinach leaves
  • Pepper salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Caramelize some sugar in a saucepan, add tomato paste (and deglaze with a sip of white wine). Add the canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and simmer. Mix afterwards.
  • Lay out two layers of crispbread on a baking sheet (together) and spread the tomato sauce. Depending on your taste, top the pizza with different ingredients. In the case of fresh spinach leaves (wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and heat them briefly in a saucepan until it collapses. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and add freshly cut garlic), sheep's cheese, onions and garlic. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Put the pizza in the oven for 35-45 minutes. [Depending on the oven and setting, also shorter]
