Ingredients
 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 g Liquid butter
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 150 g Pitted cherries (from the jar)
  • 200 g Chocolate biscuits
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder

Decoration

  • 4 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the springform pan (28 cm)
  • Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and 100g cream well until the sugar has dissolved
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa and baking soda and sieve on the egg-sugar mixture
  • Add the rest of the cream and a squeeze of lemon juice
  • 5th min. Stir for 3 minutes on the highest heat
  • Fold in the cherries and crispy flakes
  • Put in the springform pan and put in the oven, bake for about 25-30 minutes
