Crispy Cherry Cake

The perfect crispy cherry cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 125 g Liquid butter
  • 200 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 0,5 tsp Food atron
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 150 g Pitted cherries (from the jar)
  • 200 g Chocolate biscuits
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder

Decoration

  • 4 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the springform pan (28 cm)
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and 100g cream well until the sugar has dissolved
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa and baking soda and sieve on the egg-sugar mixture
  4. Add the rest of the cream and a squeeze of lemon juice
