Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 1,5 packet Baking powder
- 150 g Sugar
- 125 g Liquid butter
- 200 ml Cream 30% fat
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 150 g Pitted cherries (from the jar)
- 200 g Chocolate biscuits
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
Decoration
- 4 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the springform pan (28 cm)
- Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and 100g cream well until the sugar has dissolved
- Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa and baking soda and sieve on the egg-sugar mixture
- Add the rest of the cream and a squeeze of lemon juice
- 5th min. Stir for 3 minutes on the highest heat
- Fold in the cherries and crispy flakes
