Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 jar of pickled gherkins (approx. 360 g)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 can of corn (approx. 280 g)
  • 1 jar of Miracle Whip (550 ml)
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Noodles, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, corn

Cook the pasta in salted water. Chop the peppers, carrots, and cucumbers. Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water, season with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and let it cool. Add the peppers, carrots, cucumbers, corn, and Miracle Whip to the pasta and mix well. This amount of pasta salad is suitable for the specified number of people when used as a side dish for a barbecue.
