Crispy Salmon in Seed Coat

The perfect crispy salmon in seed coat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salad dressing:

  • 2 Handful Arugula
  • 100 g Steamed green beans
  • 150 g Cooked cauliflower
  • 1 small Onion red
  • 50 ml Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • Herbs to taste

Salmon:

  • 250 g Salmon (salmon)
  • 4 tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 tbsp Sesame
  • 4 tbsp Black cumin
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Clean, chop, wash and spin the salads! Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  2. Make a salad dressing from the above ingredients! Add the oil at the end!
  3. Cut salmon into 4 parts and roll in lime juice. Pepper & Salt. Mix the sesame and black cumin and bread the salmon in it!
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat!
  5. Divide the salad and vegetables on 2 plates. Pour salad sauce over it, add the fish and sprinkle with onion rings! Serve!
