Ingredients

  • 1 cups Cream cheese with horseradish
  • 4 tbsp Salmon Schnitzel
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with the salmon schnitzel and salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Roll up the puff pastry roll and brush with cream cheese, roll up from the long side and cut into 12 portions.
  • Grease the muffin tin and put a snail in each hollow in the oven at 175 degrees for about 25 minutes
