Ingredients
Creme brulee
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 250 ml Cream
- 4 Egg yolk
- 40 g Lavender sugar
- 60 g Brown sugar

- 1 tsp Lavender flowers
- 200 g Sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 8 Egg yolk
- 200 ml Sweet cream
Instructions
Cream
- For the cream of milk and vanilla pod, briefly bring to the boil in a saucepan, then pour in the cream.
- Preheat the oven to 120 ° C. Beat the egg yolks with the lavender sugar until creamy and stir in the vanilla cream.
- Fill the cream into molds and let it set in the oven for about 25 minutes. Let the cream cool for at least 2 hours. To caramelize, sprinkle the vanilla cream with brown sugar and grill over.

- For the ice cream, mix the lavender flowers with the sugar and then dissolve in the milk. Whisk the egg yolk and cream together, stir into the lavender sugar milk and let this mixture freeze in the ice cream maker.
