Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Brazil nuts
  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 100 g Dried cherries
  • 350 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Butter
  • Fat and flour for the baking sheet

Instructions
 

  • Cut the apricots and cherries into fine cubes. Roughly chop the Brazil nuts.
  • Grease baking sheet and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Circulating air 175 ° C.
  • Let the butter melt over a mild heat. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt well in a bowl. Add melted butter to the flour mixture and use the dough hook to make crumbles.
