Ingredients
- 100 g Brazil nuts
- 100 g Dried apricots
- 100 g Dried cherries
- 350 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Butter
- Fat and flour for the baking sheet
Instructions
- Cut the apricots and cherries into fine cubes. Roughly chop the Brazil nuts.
- Grease baking sheet and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Circulating air 175 ° C.
- Let the butter melt over a mild heat. Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt well in a bowl. Add melted butter to the flour mixture and use the dough hook to make crumbles.
