Crumble Biscuits

  • 100 g Brazil nuts
  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 100 g Dried cherries
  • 350 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Butter
  • Fat and flour for the baking sheet
  1. Cut the apricots and cherries into fine cubes. Roughly chop the Brazil nuts.
  2. Grease baking sheet and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Circulating air 175 ° C.
