Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g potato flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pack flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • some food coloring, colorful
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Knead the flour, potato flour, egg, sugar, lemon flavoring, and butter flakes into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm. Use a pastry wheel to cut out pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for approx. 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until smooth. Divide the icing into several portions and color with food coloring to taste. Brush the pieces with the icing, place a few white dots on top, and let dry.
