Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g poultry liver(s)
  • 200 g cauliflower, cooked
  • 50 g mung bean sprouts, freshly germinated
  • 80 g tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes) from the can
  • some salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • some extra virgin olive oil for frying
  • some water
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with cauliflower, sprouts and tomatoes – SIS dinner

Trim the fat and tendons from the chicken livers, chop them up a bit, and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Add a little water, the tomatoes, and salt. Bring to a boil, then add the remaining ingredients (cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces) and heat through. Season again with salt and pepper and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. The total cooking time is approximately 10 minutes.
