Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chicken, cooked
  • 170 g mushrooms from the jar, or fresh
  • 100 ml chicken broth, ready cooked
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • some Biobin (1 measuring spoon full)
  • some salt (lemon salt)
  • Pepper, freshly ground

When I cook a chicken soup, I always make several dishes from it. Here, too, I used the smallest pieces of meat. Heat the broth, cream, chicken, and mushrooms in a saucepan and thicken the ragout with Biobin. Season with lemon, salt, and pepper. If using fresh mushrooms, first clean and slice them, then sauté them in a little olive oil. Add the broth and simmer for about 5 minutes. Only then add the meat, cream, Bindobin, and spices.
