Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 65 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 125 g butter or margarine
- Jelly (fruit, to taste)

Christmas shortcrust biscuits with jelly
Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and chill – ideally overnight. Preheat the oven to max. 175°C. Form the dough into small balls (cherry-sized) and place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a floured wooden spoon handle (or a floured little finger), make a depression in each ball and add a little jelly. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Makes about 25 cookies.
