Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta (wholemeal croissants)
  • 50 g cocktail tomatoes, yellow
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes, red
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 6 tbsp water
  • some herbal salt
  • chili flakes
  • Pepper, fresh from the
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp, sautéed basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with fresh cocktail tomatoes and basil

Never cook pasta al dente according to the package instructions and then rinse with cold water. Make a salad dressing from ingredients ranging from apple cider vinegar to pepper. Add the pasta and mix thoroughly. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size, and add them to the pasta. Mix carefully. Finely slice/chunk the basil and add it to the salad last.
