Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla)
  • Salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g cornflakes
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 80 g chocolate decoration (chocolate drops)

Combine the butter, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and egg in a bowl and cream until creamy. Stir in the baking powder and flour. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly. Preheat oven to 160°C. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. This makes about 25 loaves.
