Crunchy & Fresh
The perfect crunchy & fresh recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Preparation :
- 10 sheet Lettuce
- 1 liter Salted water
- 50 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 250 g Fresh asparagus
- 4 piece Mushrooms
- 1 piece Mini orange peppers
- 1 Pc. Juice orange
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
Potatoes :
- 500 g Waxy potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Margarine
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
Lettuce:
- Pluck the salad, wash, spin dry, arrange on a plate.
Asparagus:
- Peel, shorten the lower end a little if necessary
Blanch the asparagus.
- Add lemon juice and a pinch of sugar to the salted water. Blanch the asparagus in it. (Knife test)
Paprika :
- Cut through, remove core, wash, cut into strips.
Mushrooms:
- Peel the mushrooms, cut into small pieces and arrange on the salad,
Orange:
- Peel, cut out the fillets. Squeeze out the remaining juice and add it to the dressing.
Dressing:
- Mix all ingredients briefly, spread over the salad.
Potatoes :
- peel, cut, wash and drain.
- Fry in hot fat with the addition of salt.
