Crunchy & Fresh

The perfect crunchy & fresh recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Preparation :

  • 10 sheet Lettuce
  • 1 liter Salted water
  • 50 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 250 g Fresh asparagus
  • 4 piece Mushrooms
  • 1 piece Mini orange peppers
  • 1 Pc. Juice orange

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Potatoes :

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt

Lettuce:

  1. Pluck the salad, wash, spin dry, arrange on a plate.

Asparagus:

  1. Peel, shorten the lower end a little if necessary

Blanch the asparagus.

  1. Add lemon juice and a pinch of sugar to the salted water. Blanch the asparagus in it. (Knife test)

Paprika :

  1. Cut through, remove core, wash, cut into strips.

Mushrooms:

  1. Peel the mushrooms, cut into small pieces and arrange on the salad,

Orange:

  1. Peel, cut out the fillets. Squeeze out the remaining juice and add it to the dressing.

Dressing:

  1. Mix all ingredients briefly, spread over the salad.

Potatoes :

  1. peel, cut, wash and drain.
  2. Fry in hot fat with the addition of salt.
