Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes, normal, neither coarse nor fine

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil

- 50 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
simply prepared and with “lumps”
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix, preferably by hand, until the dough forms a large lump. The lump should not stick, but should not fall apart easily either. If, for example, the consistency isn’t right when calculating the ingredients, simply carefully add water, flour, or oats to adjust it. Finally, crumble the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The specified amount is more or less enough for a normal-sized baking sheet. There’s no need to worry about the lumps sticking together; you can use all the space. Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake the muesli for about 30 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven and how densely packed the baking sheet is. Just make sure you take the muesli out when it starts to turn a little dark. Don’t be disappointed if it’s not as crispy when you take it out: it will only really crisp up once it’s cooled. Finally, you can add chocolate, nuts, seeds or dried fruits such as raisins or cranberries, depending on your taste.
