Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g oat flakes, wholegrain, gluten-free if necessary
- 350 ml water
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 5 g almonds
- 5 g cashew nuts
- 3 g pine nuts
- 20 g muesli (crunchy granola, spelled oat crunchy)
- 25 g maple syrup
- 80 g Skyr or for the vegan version 10 g pea protein isolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for meta-type Delta, with nuts, vegetarian, vegan, granola
Briefly toast the oats in a saucepan to allow them to develop their full flavor, then deglaze with water and add a pinch of sea salt. Simmer the porridge on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the topping.
