Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 80 g butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 25 g flour (type 1050)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g raisins
- some lemon or orange peel, grated, if needed
- some rum or amaretto
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
enough for about 80 pieces
Toast the oats in melted butter or margarine and let cool. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the cooled oats and the remaining ingredients. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes (depending on your oven, about 12 minutes will do). The cookies will keep for a while if stored in an airtight container.
