Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. vinegar
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thinly slice the cucumber. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Peel and dice the onion. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Then toss with oil, vinegar, vegetable stock, and sugar or sweetener.
