Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g cucumber(s), with peel
- 5 tbsp syrup (elderflower)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 leaves of mint or lemon balm
- 300 ml Prosecco or mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Blend all ingredients except the prosecco or mineral water in a blender until no lumps remain. Then divide the liquid between two glasses and top with prosecco or mineral water. Garnish with lemon balm or mint.
