Cucumber and elderberry smoothie with prosecco

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cucumber(s), with peel
  • 5 tbsp syrup (elderflower)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 leaves of mint or lemon balm
  • 300 ml Prosecco or mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients except the prosecco or mineral water in a blender until no lumps remain. Then divide the liquid between two glasses and top with prosecco or mineral water. Garnish with lemon balm or mint.
