Cucumber and fennel salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small fennel bulb(s)
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 80 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Wash and finely dice the fennel, peel and finely dice the cucumber. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. Mix the fennel, cucumber, and dressing together and serve in bowls.
