Cucumber and feta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 3 tbsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the cucumbers and feta cheese. Combine them in a bowl with the vinegar, oil, and sugar, and season with salt and pepper. The salad tastes best when it’s been left to marinate for a few hours. Taste again before serving and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
