Cucumber and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 80 g minced beef
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp light cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili pepper(s)
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber. Also clean and dice the bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Sauté the onions and ground meat in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Add the bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers, and onions and sauté for another 5 minutes, then season. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the crème légère and mustard, season to taste, and adjust the seasoning if desired. Serve with tagliatelle.
