Cucumber and pear salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized orange(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mustard, grainy
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 m.-sized pear(s)
  • 1 m.-large cucumber(s)
  • 1 some pepper, black
  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the pears, halve them, remove the cores, and slice (or grate) them thinly. Thinly slice the cucumber. Mix the orange and lemon juice with the mustard, salt, pepper, and chives. Mix the salad dressing with the cucumber and pear slices. Sprinkle the cream cheese and pumpkin seeds over the salad.
