Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ cucumber(s)
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml white wine vinegar
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp mustard seeds

Dice the cucumbers, bell peppers, and onions. Finely chop or press the garlic. Place everything in a saucepan, add the sugar and vinegar, and mix well. Let stand for about 10 minutes, until a visible liquid has formed. Now add the salt and mustard seeds and mix well. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. It should reduce slightly. Then transfer everything to hot, rinsed, and preserving jars and seal tightly. It will keep for up to 6 months if refrigerated.
