Cucumber and Pomegranate Salad

The perfect cucumber and pomegranate salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cucumber fresh
  • 1 Pomegranate fresh
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 0,5 bunch Lemon balm fresh
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Linseed oil
  1. Cut the pomegranate in half. Remove the seeds while collecting the juice. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds. Cut the cucumber into slices. Peel onion and chop finely. Wash lemon balm, shake dry and chop finely.
  2. Mix the pomegranate juice with salt and sugar as well as the chopped lemon balm leaves and vinegar. Withdraw the linseed oil. Mix the cucumber, onion and pomegranate seeds with the dressing. Bon Appetit.
