Cucumber – Caprese with Cream Cheese

The perfect cucumber – caprese with cream cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Grained cream cheese
  • 7 piece Basil leaves
  • 7 piece Vegetable cucumber slices
  • 3 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Rosemary needles
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Cucumber “Caprese” with cream cheese

  1. Halve the small tomatoes and pre-cut the cucumber slices. Now pluck the basil and rosemary and place everything on a plate or platter according to the desired pattern.
