Strawberry – Capuccino – Tiramisu (with Hint of Alcohol)

The perfect strawberry – capuccino – tiramisu (with hint of alcohol) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 4 piece Egg yolk
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 2 cl Orange liqueur
  • 4 piece Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 250 g Ladyfingers
  • 2 cups Coffee very strong
  • 50 g Cappuccino powder

Mascarpone cream:

  1. Beat the egg whites with the salt until they are extremely stiff.
  2. Beat the mascarpone with the remaining ingredients until creamy until the mixture is glossy.
  3. Pull the egg whites under the mascarpone mixture.

The fruit:

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into even pieces.

Completion:

  1. Line a casserole dish on the bottom with ladyfingers, use a spoon to spread the coffee generously over it.
  2. Put a layer of the mascarpone cream on top and cover it with the strawberries.
  3. Repeat the same thing again. And then put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Tips + kiffs

  1. Just before serving, sprinkle the capuccino powder over the top. Otherwise, the powder will soak and it will look mushy and unappetising.
  2. You can garnish it with a mint leaf as you can see in the picture.
  3. What is also totally delicious if you soak the strawberries in strawberry syrup and then layer them. You can then use strawberry syrup instead of cappuccino or cocoa powder, for example. Make dots out of tiramisu, which you can then artfully shape into flowers or something similar with a toothpick.
  4. I wish you good appetite !!!!!
