Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 bunch Dill
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 200 ml Vegetable stock
- 3 tablespoon Mustard sweet
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mix the peeled cucumber with the tomato paste, mustard, sour cream and stock with the hand blender. Add the finely chopped dill at the end. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- A slice of Parma ham, cucumber and rocket rolled into a roll fits as a decoration.
