Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.2 liters of buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the cucumbers, then season with salt and pepper. For the dressing: Combine all the dressing ingredients and season to taste. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
