Cucumber – lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • oil
  • Balsamic vinegar, white
  • Parsley
  • dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, about 4 cm long. Place both in a salad bowl. Finely chop the parsley and dill. Mix the vinegar and oil with the yogurt to taste. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the chopped herbs and toss the dressing with the salad.
