Cucumber salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt, each 150 g
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • some dill, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

refreshingly simple

Thinly slice the cucumbers directly into a colander. Add 2 pinches of salt, mix, and let stand for about 15 minutes to draw out the water. In the meantime, pour the yogurt into a bowl, press in the garlic, and mix with the chopped dill. Now squeeze the cucumber slices well and add them to the yogurt. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. The salad tastes very refreshing, and the cucumbers—even if you don’t believe it—remain very crisp (even the next day!)
