Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tzatziki

Peel and finely grate the cucumber, sprinkle with a little salt, and let stand, covered, for about 10 minutes. Peel and grate or crush the garlic cloves. Drain the cucumber juice. Mix the quark with the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and the grated cucumber. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
