  • 500 g quark
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • ½ cucumber(s), grated
  • n. B. Garlic clove(s), pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Dip

Mix the quark with the yogurt, add the cucumber and garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover and let stand for about an hour.
