Cucumber salad in yogurt-mayonnaise-mustard dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped, preferably fresh
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with dill

Peel and slice the cucumber, if desired. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste. If you like, you can also salt the cucumbers separately beforehand. Toss the cucumbers with the dressing and let it marinate for a while, then season to taste and serve on plates or in bowls.
