Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 waxy potatoes
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 35 ml vinegar (Hesperides vinegar), diluted
  • 1 pinch(s) salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

can also be prepared without potatoes

Boil the potatoes. Peel the cucumber and slice or grate it thinly. Mix the sour cream with the vinegar and salt. Peel the potatoes and let them cool, then slice them. Combine everything and season with salt and vinegar, if desired.
